The merchants, organizations and individuals fined 5 to 20 million for setting up e-commerce websites behavior without notifying the state agency authorized under the regulations, no modification notice, additional changes to information related to e-commerce sites offer registration services (Under Section 11 of Article 81 of Decree 185/2013/ND-CP dated effective as from 01.01.2014)
